CASH BOND PAYMENTS: If you plan to use cash as an option for security / bond deposit, please not this can only be done with official & valid photo identification, in the same name as the original booking name. The cash bond will only be refunded when your apartment has been inspected by the hotel manager (please be aware this may delay your departure) during front desk operational times.

*** ALL bookings must provide on arrival, Valid Photo ID in the name of the booking guest name & a credit card to guarantee incidental charges and any apartment damage. Reregistering guests must sign the hotel ?No Party? policy at time of arrival. ***

We require the following credit card bond (pre-auth) on arrival.
$100 for studio / 1-bed Apt; $200 for 2-Bed Apt; $300 for 3-Bed Apt & $500 for Penthouse Apt. (or $500 cash bond for any Apt type if you don't have a Credit Card).

  1. Located on the corner of George and Liverpool streets. Only a short walk from Town Hall Station, or catch the train direct from the airport to Museum Station.
     
     World Tower Monorail station is located on-site.

  Child Policy

  1. Kids - we love kids at Meriton, with our spacious two and three bedroom apartments and recreational facilities. However we do not have rollaway beds or cots, please contact the property directly to arrange hiring of a baby cot.

  Car Parking Facilities

  1. Limited under-cover car parking is available for guests at a charge of AUD$35.00 per night/per car; payable direct to reception on arrival. Limited car parking spaces available, spaces cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed. Car parking is on a first come / first parked basis. Spaces cannot be held or reserved. Reception will help, where possible to arrange offsite alternate arrangements if our car park is full. Note: street parking is limited and regularly patrolled.
     
     

  Cancellation Policy

  1. In the case of No Show and if you cancel or amend your booking, 100% cancellation or amendment fee of the total booking amount applies.
